We use X2Go in some IT-teams to connect our Windows desktop systems with our Linux infrastructure. There are colleagues in development functions as well as operational functions, to integrate for example an Eclipse running on Linux or other graphical tools to our desktop systems. My own usage in quite wide-spread, as I am thru my function Linux focused, and X2Go enables me to use almost frictionless numerous graphical-applications running on Linux.
