Before you begin!

Please make sure that you have added the x2go repository to your package management system. The required steps are described here: adding the x2go repository (debian)!

X2goplasmoid will add additional functionality to your KDE Desktop. You'll be able to access shared filesystems and to umount them. You'll also be able to suspend your session with just a click on a menu entry → “suspend session”. You'll need to install the package on server side!

# apt-get install x2goplasmoid

After the installaion every user on the server will have the possibility to add the x2goplasmoid to the Dsktop or to the taskbar.
